В Светлом (Россия, Калининградская область) неизвестные разбрасывают отраву для животных, с августа 2022 года погибло около 30 котов и три ежа. Об этом «Клопс» рассказала местная жительница Екатерина.
С 15 по 23 октября жители дома №8 по ул. Горького похоронили семь котов и кошек. Всего с августа этого года во дворе пятиэтажки погибло около 30 животных. Жители дома говорят о серийном отравителе дворовых котиков.
«Умирают не только коты, но и ёжики, и голуби, которые кушали с одной миски. Теперь у нас пустой двор», — говорит Екатерина.
Она рассказывает, что местные жители заботились о животных и занимались их здоровьем — все коты и кошки были стерилизованы и пролечены. Люди скидывались и вызывали для этого специальные службы. Котов обследовали, лечили, после операции отправляли на передержку и только после этого выпускали обратно во двор.
«У нас не было лишайных, с гноящимися глазами, без конца рожающих. Все были под контролем, упитанные, красивые. За год мы старательно наводили порядок в нашем кошачьем царстве, животные были обласканные и любимые, они не плодились. Если появлялись новые, мы также занимались ими. Была одна кошка, которая родила после стерилизации, мы тогда её второй раз повезли в клинику. Оказалось, у неё аномалия — две матки, и вот мы, получается, дважды её стерилизовали. Наши котики были сытые и обласканные. Сейчас для нас настоящая трагедия — собирать во дворе трупы наших любимцев», — сокрушается Екатерина.

После очередного отравления одна из жительниц дома вызывала полицию. Приезжал участковый, который развёл руками — мол, состава преступления нет.
«Меня в тот момент не было. Животных мы уже похоронили — не могли же оставлять их на глазах детей! Хотели сдать трупы на экспертизу, чтобы узнать, каким ядом их травят, выяснить, где приобретали вещество. Обзвонили клиники, там минимальная цена экспертизы — 13000 рублей. Они сказали, что сделают все документы о причине смерти. Мы уже готовы были скинуться, но нам сказали, что исследовать нужно только свежий труп. Получается, что нам нужно стоять и караулить, когда погибнет очередная кошка. Какой-то замкнутый круг получается», — сетует местная жительница.
Информацию о гибели кошек свтеловчане выложили в соцсети. Кто-то писал в комментариях, что видел, будто неизвестный мужчина покупал в соседних магазинах крысиный яд. Другие говорят, что знают местную «котоненавистницу».
«Ну что толку? Всё равно нужно искать человека, который это делает. Поэтому в любом случае мы будем обращаться в полицию, сегодня напишем заявление. При первой возможности проведём экспертизу», — сообщила Екатерина.
Жильцы намерены обращаться в полицию.

In Svetly (Russia, Kaliningrad region), unknown persons are spreading poison for animals; since August 2022, about 30 cats and three hedgehogs have died. Local resident Ekaterina told Klops about this.
From October 15 to October 23, residents of house No. 8 on the street. Gorky was buried by seven cats. In total, about 30 animals have died in the courtyard of the five-story building since August of this year. Residents of the house talk about a serial poisoner of yard cats.
“Not only cats die, but also hedgehogs and pigeons that ate from the same bowl. Now we have an empty yard,” says Ekaterina.
She says that local residents took care of the animals and took care of their health - all the cats were sterilized and treated. People chipped in and called special services for this. The cats were examined, treated, after the operation they were sent to foster care and only after that they were released back into the yard.
“We didn’t have lichen, with festering eyes, giving birth endlessly. Everyone was under control, well-fed, beautiful. Over the course of a year, we diligently put things in order in our cat kingdom, the animals were caressed and loved, they did not breed. If new ones appeared, we also dealt with them. There was one cat who gave birth after sterilization, and then we took her to the clinic for the second time. It turned out that she had an anomaly - two uteruses, and so we, it turns out, sterilized her twice. Our cats were well-fed and caressed. Now it’s a real tragedy for us to collect the corpses of our pets in the yard,” Ekaterina laments.

After another poisoning, one of the residents of the house called the police. The local police officer arrived and threw up his hands, saying that there was no evidence of a crime.
“I wasn’t there at that moment. We had already buried the animals - we couldn’t leave them in front of the children! They wanted to submit the corpses for examination to find out what poison they were poisoned with and find out where the substance was purchased. We called the clinics, where the minimum price for an examination is 13,000 rubles. They said they would do all the paperwork about the cause of death. We were ready to chip in, but we were told that we only needed to examine a fresh corpse. It turns out that we need to stand and watch when another cat dies. It’s kind of a vicious circle,” complains a local resident.
Svtelov residents posted information about the death of cats on social networks. Someone wrote in the comments that they saw an unknown man buying rat poison in neighboring stores. Others say they know a local “cat hater.”
“Well, what's the point? You still need to look for the person who does this. Therefore, in any case, we will contact the police, we will write a statement today. We will conduct an examination at the first opportunity,” said Ekaterina.
Residents intend to contact the police.
