Снова Казахстан "прославился"... Поселок Панфилово Алматинской области...
«Под моим окном есть участочек, где стоят будки. Все животные, для них были будки, они все пропали. Пришла, уже собак нет. 5 пропало и кошки 4 пропало за последнее время», - рассказала Светлана Сарайкина.
Животные чуть позже нашлись. Но мертвыми. Их трупы, а точнее то, что от них осталось, разбросали по разным концам поселка. А рядом с жилыми домами люди обнаружили целое кладбище.
Оказалось, издеваются над животными в здании бывшего Дома Культуры. Здесь, по словам людей, кошек и собак расчленяют, поджигают и даже насилуют. Об этом свидетельствуют многочисленные покалеченные трупы.
«Там висят удавки. Видать, они там собак вешают. Издеваются. А в подвале мешки и в мешках кошки. Видать их там заживо сожгли. Жутко. Кошмар вообще. Мы хотим, чтобы наш акимат, власти, чтобы они убрали этот клуб. Здесь находится рядом детская площадка. Мы за детей переживаем и боимся, что у нас такое происходит», - сказала еще одна жительница поселка.
Троих животных удалось спасти. Сейчас они находятся в местной ветеринарной клинике.
«Нужны большие деньги, много времени, чтобы восстановиться всем животным. Мы находили подожжённых котов, сломанных полностью собак, с ужасными травмами. У одной женщины покалечили кота. Его пришлось усыпить, потому что у него лапы все сломаны, он просто не выжил бы», - рассказала волонтер Алина Анакулова.
ВОПРОС от нашей редакции: а что делала в это время местная власть и правообхранительные органы? Они не знали? Зачем тогда они такие нам нужны, которые ничего не видят и ничего не знают! Или всё знали, но отмахивались... пока кто-то не снял видео и не выложил в интернет... огласка!

Animals were found a little later. But dead. Their corpses, or rather what was left of them, were scattered at different ends of the village. And next to residential buildings, people found a whole cemetery.
It turned out that they are mocking animals in the building of the former House of Culture. Here, according to people, cats and dogs are dismembered, set on fire and even raped. This is evidenced by numerous crippled corpses.
“There are strangleholds hanging there. Looks like they hang dogs there. They are bullied. And in the basement there are bags and in bags of cats. Looks like they were burned there alive. Creepy. A nightmare in general. We want our akimat and the authorities to remove this club. There is a playground nearby. We are worried about the children and are afraid that this is happening here” said one more resident of the village.
Three animals were saved. They are now at the local veterinary clinic.
“It takes a lot of money, a lot of time for all animals to recover. We found cats on fire, completely broken dogs, with terrible injuries. One woman's cat was crippled. He had to be put to sleep, because his legs are all broken, he simply would not have survived” said volunteer Alina Anakulova.

Les animaux ont été retrouvés un peu plus tard. Mais mort. Leurs cadavres, ou plutôt ce qu'il en restait, étaient éparpillés à différentes extrémités du village. Et les gens ont trouvé un cimetière entier à côté d'immeubles résidentiels.
Il s'est avéré qu'ils se moquaient des animaux dans le bâtiment de l'ancienne Maison de la Culture. Ici, selon les gens, les chats et les chiens sont démembrés, incendiés et même violés. Ceci est démontré par de nombreux cadavres estropiés.
«Il y a des étranglements qui pendent là-bas. On dirait qu'ils y pendent des chiens. Ils sont intimidés. Et au sous-sol il y a des sacs et des sacs de chats. On dirait qu'ils y ont été brûlés vifs. Terrifiant. Un cauchemar en général. Nous voulons que nos akimat et les autorités suppriment ce club. Il y a une aire de jeux à proximité. Nous sommes inquiets pour les enfants et nous avons peur que cela se produise ici», a déclaré un autre habitant du village.
Trois animaux ont été sauvés. Ils sont maintenant à la clinique vétérinaire locale.
«Il faut beaucoup d'argent, beaucoup de temps à tous les animaux pour se rétablir. Nous avons trouvé des chats en feu, des chiens complètement brisés, avec de terribles blessures. Le chat d'une femme était infirme. Il a dû être endormi, car ses pattes sont toutes cassées, il n'aurait tout simplement pas survécu», a déclaré la volontaire Alina Anakulova.
