13 октября проходит встреча акима Алматы Ерболата Досаева с населением Ауэзовского района. Глава мегаполиса, отвечая на вопрос жителя о проблемах освещения бродячих животных, сообщил, как будут решаться эти проблемы.
Вопрос жителя:
- В 10-11-м микрорайонах нет достаточного освещения. Детей из школы приходится встречать, потому что вечером темно и много бродячих собак. Из-за собак страшно на улицу выходить. Раньше была профессия живодер, сейчас нет такого. Просим решить.
Ответ:
- В 11-м микрорайоне завершается капитальный ремонт дворов. Подключение наружного освещения предусмотрено по завершению ремонта. Даю поручение восстановить освещение, как только закончатся все необходимые работы. Проверю.
И далее - уточнение:
- Что касается вопроса бродячих животных, проблема действительно серьезная. Случаи нападения собак на людей, к сожалению, участились. Городу нужны единые Правила содержания и выгула собак. Акимат собирается внести в маслихат предложение по поводу отлова животных. Надеемся, что до конца года такой документ будет принят и с нового года таких проблем уже не будет.
Как правила СОДЕРЖАНИЯ и ВЫГУЛА домашних животных могут решить проблему БЕЗДОМНЫХ животных? Или это, как обычно - просто ширма, маскировка, под которой вновь начнут вводить жестокое отношение к животным? Живодеров...
