Народ - это одно, Правительство - совсем другое
Пандемия коронавируса ударила по Казахстану так же сильно, как и по другим странам. Если сравнивать с высокоразвитыми и богатыми странами, то у нас катастрофа, но есть страны и намного беднее - у многих нет ни нефти и не газа, ни полезных ископаемых, нет вообще ничего... Казахстан сумел накопить сравнительно большие средства, которые должны были смягчить удар, сберечь население, сохранить экономику... Но этого не произошло.
Как Казахстан встречал COVID-19
Как только известия о новом опасном вирусе облетели мир, Казахстан как географически близкий к Китаю, имеющий обширные контакты, в том числе торговые и особенно интенсивные транзитные, должен был хоть немного напрячься. Подготовится.
Можно и нужно было закупить элементарные средства, такие как маски и антисептики, перчатки и медицинские одноразовые халаты. Нужно было разработать альтернативный план - государственной стратегии, на случай самой крайней опасности. Рассчитать бюджет и траты из него, целиком подчинив это вирусной опасности.
Когда гром грянул, оказалось, поздно пить боржоми...
Пятница 13-го
Именно в пятницу, 13 марта 2020 года. В этот день официально власти Казахстана признали четверых инфицированных в Казахстане, а в России на этот момент было 45 официально больных коронавирусом...
Ажиотаж и скупка продуктов, соответственно стремительный рост цен в Казахстане начался примерно за 3-5 дней до 13-го... Уже в это время шустрые люди шустро набивали свои карманы, пользуясь несчастьем людей...
Первые дни люди были в растерянности, власть была растеряна, пожалуй, больше всего. Ее бессилие просто резало слух и зрение!
Но потом, потихоньку пошло-поехало, оправившись от испуга, начались разбрасывания средств... за это время из государственной казны было ВАЫБРОШЕНО триллионы тенге! И практически все это - пустые траты. Преступные траты. Переброска денежных средств из госбюджета в карманы отдельных немногих и богоизбранных частных лиц...
Даже нищенские и позорные 42 500 тенге государство платило не из казны, бюджет не нёс этого бремени - платили из пенсионного фонда... людям давали их же собственные деньги, при этом власть стала в позу БЛАГОДЕТЕЛЯ, мол - цените, государство вас не бросило и помогает!
А государственные средства шли на салюты, на ремонты фонтанов, на замену новых арыков и бордюров еще более новыми... и так далее и тому подобное! Там целые перечни ПРЕСТУПНОГО РАСХИЩЕНИЯ средств, в то время как народ голодает, отказывает себе во всем... воруют у стариков, воруют у детей, друг у друга воруют.
Что будет дальше?
Об этом я думать не хочу. Работы не было, а сейчас и подавно, даже редкие отдельные заработки прекратились еще в марте... Осень и зима - если мы это переживем... будет чудо. Но я оптимист и уверен - пережить это суждено немногим.

As soon as news of the new dangerous virus spread around the world, Kazakhstan, as geographically close to China, with extensive contacts, including trade and especially intensive transit ones, should have strained at least a little. Prepare.
It was possible and necessary to purchase elementary supplies such as masks and antiseptics, gloves and medical disposable gowns. It was necessary to develop an alternative plan - a state strategy in case of the most extreme danger. Calculate the budget and spending from it, completely subordinating it to the viral danger.
When the thunder struck, it turned out to be too late to drink Borjomi ...
Friday the 13th
Exactly on Friday, March 13, 2020. On this day, the authorities of Kazakhstan officially recognized four infected in Kazakhstan, and in Russia at that moment there were 45 officially patients with coronavirus ...
The excitement and purchase of food, respectively, the rapid rise in prices in Kazakhstan began about 3-5 days before the 13th ... Already at this time, nimble people quickly filled their pockets, taking advantage of the misfortune of people ...
The first days people were at a loss, the government was at a loss, perhaps most of all. Her powerlessness simply cut her hearing and sight!
But then, on the sly, it went, it went, having recovered from the fright, the scattering of funds began ... during this time trillions of tenge were VALIDATED from the state treasury! And almost all of this is a waste. Criminal spending. Transfer of funds from the state budget to the pockets of a few and God's chosen individuals ...
Even the beggarly and shameful 42,500 tenge was paid by the state not from the treasury, the budget did not bear this burden - they paid from the pension fund ... people were given their own money, while the authorities took the pose of a BENEFICIER, they say - you appreciate, the state did not abandon you and helps!
And state funds went to fireworks, to repair fountains, to replace new irrigation ditches and borders with even newer ones ... and so on and so forth! There are whole lists of CRIMINAL embezzlement of funds, while the people are starving, denying themselves everything ... they steal from old people, steal from children, steal from each other.
What will happen next?
I don’t want to think about it. There was no work, and now even more so, even the rare individual earnings stopped back in March ... Autumn and winter - if we survive this ... it will be a miracle. But I am an optimist and I am sure that few will survive this.
