В Актау передали в суд уголовное дело в отношении живодера, который избил кота шваброй до смерти. Мужчине предъявлено обвинение в жестоком обращении с животным.
- Факт был зарегистрирован в едином реестре досудебных расследований управления полиции Актау по статье 316, часть 2 УК РК «Жестокое обращение с животным, повлёкшее его гибель». Личность подозреваемого установлена. Материалы дела переданы в суд, – сообщили в ДП региона.
Кота по кличке Максик обнаружили в подъезде одного из домов 9 микрорайонов с тяжелыми ранами.
Как сообщили очевидцы, мужчина шваброй до смерти избил соседского кота, который по ошибке забежал к нему в квартиру.
Животное накануне сбежало из квартиры и искало свой дом. По словам владельца кота, его питомец никогда не выходил из дома и не гулял. В момент происшествия хозяин животного был на вахте.
Перед тем как убить животное, живодер отправил видео соседу, на котором видно, как кот гуляет по его квартире.
По словам соседей, судя по всему, животное били и руками, и шваброй. И мужчина, сделавший это, якобы уже выражал свою нелюбовь к животным. Угрожал пожилой женщине убить ее кота. Буквально на следующий же день после того, как расправился с одним, пытался похитить другого. Причем, прямо на глазах изумленной хозяйки.

Before killing the animal, the flayer sent a video to a neighbor, which showed the cat walking around his apartment.
According to neighbors, it appears that the animal was beaten with both hands and a mop. And the man who did this allegedly already expressed his dislike for animals. Threatened an elderly woman to kill her cat. Literally the very next day after he dealt with one, he tried to kidnap the other. Moreover, right in front of the astonished hostess.
